It has been a while. I was hoping that I could make the site start up again by it's 1st birthday, but that didn't work out. Sorry for that.

We're moving! Instead of revamping the whole site, we are moving to a new one, this time on proboards. (I apologize in advance if you are trying to read a thread you participated in but found that it has been deleted) The new site is still under development. Physical: Nightken is five foot eleven inches tall weighs one hundred and fifty pounds with brown hair that has three small sections dyed blue and he has light blue eyes that at times have an empty look in them. His usual attire consists of a dark grey vest that is over a short sleeved shirt with a light gray sleeve and a brown netted sleeve along with a dark grey pair of pants with boots that have titanium plate with three spikes in the middle of the plate on the toes of them. The clothes he wears are made to be more durable since fighting the creatures of grimm can make a person go through clothing fast. With him being a wolf faunus he has brown ears and tail that apparently makes some people want to touch them. Usually he is seen glaring when he doesn't want anyone to talk to him. Nightken has scars on his ribs from the fangs and claws of a Beowolf which is why he isn't ever seen without a shirt on. He doesn't want people to see those scars since they carry heavy emotional pain.

Personality: Nightken is more of a solo fighter which is why some people refer to him as "a lone wolf"(pun unintended). He doesn't like working with others mostly do to the fact it's difficult for him to make friends. As a kid he has always hated people touching his ears and tail without asking the last person who did that he almost broke their arm before he realized what he was doing. Nightken is never seen without his sword due to the emotional attachment to it since it was a gift from his dad and his biological mother. If he gets to know someone enough he is someone who will become a loyal friend and will help even if you didn't ask for it. He rarely shows his soft side to people since the last time he showed that side to someone they hurt him not only emotionally, but physically to the point of him needing to be hospitalized which is why if he ever shows his soft side to someone and they hurt him he will never forgive them.

Goals: Nightken's main goal is to help forge a world that faunus and humans are treated as equals everywhere. For this goal he is willing to sacrifice his life if it means turning this dream into reality. His side goal is to surpass his father in swordsmanship this one will take time as he must get better with a sword at the moment he is amateurish, but there is room to improve.

Parents: Nightken's father Lepar remarried when his mom(Abigail) passed away. The woman he remarried(Elizabeth) is human so it was a bit difficult for Nightken to get used to him and his father being faunus living with a human woman and her kids.
Siblings: Nightken has two step siblings a step-sister(Maria) and step-brother(Eric). They both are human and are only at around ten years old a piece, but hates when he visits home and they mess with his ears and tail. All in all he doesn't hate them since they're only kids and are playing it helps that they both look up to him.

History: Nightken was like most faunus being treated as garbage which didn't set well with him causing him to lean towards violence when it he is forced to. After living in Mistral until he was seven his family moved around for several years and every time they moved to a new place they were attacked by creatures of grimm before they could make it to their destination after the second time Nightken took up a sword and had slain his first grimm after it killed his mother due to it landing a deadly sneak attack. That battle he almost died from his injuries, but to this day he still thinks his mother gave the last of her aura to him so he could live. Since that day he learned how to properly use a sword which was the same time he told his father when he is old enough he will be going to Beacon and will do everything he can in order to eliminate all of the creatures of grimm until they are nothing but a horrible memory. Four years after that incident his father remarried not to a faunus, but to a human which Nightken wasn't happy about one little bit. It has taken him two years to get used to living with three humans and he now doesn't mind them except for his step siblings that like to climb on him and touch his ears since they like how they feel. The first time his step-brother touch his ears he grabbed his arm and nearly snapped it before he realized what he did and is why the only people that can touch his ears and tail without asking are his two step siblings as his way of apologizing to those two for scaring them when that happened. Before Nightken left for Beacon his dad gave him a katana which he said was a gift from him and his biological mother they were saving it for this very day. When he was given the sword his father told him the name of it was "Ramei Okami" or as it translates to Thunder Wolf which he liked that name and he treasures the sword since its from both of them.
